Golden Goose Deluxe Brand is something I’ve always admired. They were established in the year 2000 after bringing together the talents of Francesca Rinaldo and Alessandro Gallo in Italy. As time went on, they have grown into a worldwide designer brand with flagship stores in multiple countries, and it’s one that fashion fans can’t resist.

I’ve known about Golden Goose for years and I would often look through what FarFetch had, as they always had an amazing selection, but I never ended up getting any because I always found them a bit pricey and resembled Converse too much, so they were always on my mental wishlist. Some time back, Adam was the one who was the early fan and he actually got his first pair of their Superstar sneakers last year, which was what pushed me to explore them deeper. Having seen his in person and seeing how each pair of their shoes is completely unique because they’re crafted by hand in Italy, I was totally into it. As the Golden Goose Superstar sneakers are pre-distressed and made to appear vintage, they are all hand done so there’s no two pairs alike. Some have stronger distressing than others, so the variation is wide.
